The inaugural New Jersey Recovery Rally brought together advocates, families, and community leaders from across the state for a powerful day of solidarity, hope, and action. Held at the Rutgers Athletic Center, this founding event set the stage for what would become an annual tradition of statewide recovery advocacy.

New Jersey Recovery Advocates was incorporated on November 2, 2014, just weeks after this successful statewide rally on September 20, 2014 — a direct result of the energy and momentum generated at this event.

"Into the Light… Out of the Darkness"

This rally marked the beginning of a grassroots movement that would grow to represent every corner of New Jersey — uniting people of diverse backgrounds under one shared mission: recovery is possible, and no one should face addiction alone.
